Sound Setting issue

I am facing sound issues in my Ubuntu. I have to always change the setting according to my use but it the setting was removed when I re-logged in the system.
I set it to by USB PNP for speaker and Microphone. Please help me on this I have done all the thing from my end.

Is their any software by which we can freeze the setting of sound?

Sound settings are user related. They are stored in users home folder../home/username/
