Index of songs ordered by author

I need to code a lyrics songbook with a lot (+1000) of songs, each with it's own set of attributes: title, lyrics, music, date, genere, etc. Based on those attributes I would need to build different tables of content. For example a list of songs ordered by author. Currently I can build those tables of content (indexes) using Songs package, but they refer to page number or song number. Instead of that I need them to refer to song title and page number. Do yo have any suggestions on how to achieve this? Thank you!

Welcome to TeX.SX! You could perhaps try abiblatex
-based approach with a custom bibliography formatting (see this example), or have a look at theglossaries
package which provides multiple glossaries with different sorting keys
