How do I configure Whoopsie to submit error reports in Xubuntu 18.04.1?

0

Whoopsie tryes several times to sending an error reports but fails. Now I see in Synaptic that not all the settings are enabled/installed.
Wich settings must be enabled to get it proper to work?
