Upload pdf and edit them in MEAN

I have to upload pdf which contains any type of forms. Then I have to edit the blank fields of forms in the browser. I am using MEAN stack technology.
There are a couple of methods that I have tried like convert them to HTML but it just renders the pdf pages on the browser but I am unable to edit them.
Can anyone suggest an approach which can edit pdf and then save it.



Note: I am using MEAN and pdf can contains textfield, radio buttons, checkbox

I think I'm fairly happy with the spacing around "A chapter", so I'd really like titles without descenders (e.g. "Contents") to have the same vertical spacing as "A chapter" below the title.
