Deactivating alphabetic sorting of references
Can anyone suggest a way to deactivate an alphabetic sorting of references in the bibliography (so that they are listed in the order of citation) without influencing the formatting of bibliography items? I am using the bibliography style "psp-book-van" from Pan Stanford Publishing that derives from the Vancouver style, but sorts items alphabetically, which I want to avoid. A working template is available here: http://www.panstanford.com/pages/Manuscript-Guidelines.html.
