How to get deleted events from iOS calendar?

I'm trying to sync Apple calendar with my app's internal calendar. To do so I need to fetch all the events including deleted ones.



let eventStore = EKEventStore()

let predicate = self.eventStore.predicateForEvents(withStart: startDate, end: endDate, calendars: [calendar])

let events = eventStore

        .events(matching: predicate)


The code above however returns only non-deleted events for the given period and given calendar.



Is there a way to sync iOS calendar events?

          Title Spacing in Bjornstrup Chapter, Removing Chapter Number From Contents

I think I'm fairly happy with the spacing around "A chapter", so I'd really like titles without descenders (e.g. "Contents") to have the same vertical spacing as "A chapter" below the title.
