Supermicro IPMI can't access Console to remote but can access using SSH IP

I use Supermicro IPMI. I can access the machine using SSH IP and use the console to remote the machine. And I can access the machine using IPMI IP but can't use the Console to remote. I don't know why the Console of IPMI IP doesn't work. It only shows a black screen. How to solve this issue? Thanks!

I think I'm fairly happy with the spacing around "A chapter", so I'd really like titles without descenders (e.g. "Contents") to have the same vertical spacing as "A chapter" below the title. I would also like to remove the large "0" in the contents title.
