Titlepage is not centered

I'm writing a report for an Economy class (I'm using the article class since the report will be few pages long). I decided to crate my own title page with LaTeX for the first time, here an example:
documentclass[twoside,12pt]{article} begin{document}
usepackage{graphix}
begin{titlepage}
begin{center}
textup{small{bf Business Economy}\ report }\[0.2in]
% Title
Huge textbf{Title of my report}\[1.5in]
%Submitted by
normalsize Submitted by\
begin{table}[h!]
centering
begin{tabular}{cc}
large Shrek Ogre &large 123456\
end{tabular}
end{table}
vspace{0.1in}
Prof.\
textbf{Lord Farquaad}\[0.2in]
vfill
%Bottom of the page
includegraphics[width=0.25textwidth]{/home/giuseppe/Pictures/uniFqd.png\[0.1in]
Large{Department of swamp managment}\
normalsize
textsc{University of Duloc}\
Duloc (FFA), Fairy Tail Land\[0.5in]
Year\
bfseries 2018/2019
end{center}
end{titlepage} end{document}
The problem is that the page is not centered, is shifted to the left (like n even page in a twoside document, actually the twoside option in active). Is there a way to fate the title page centered? Ishere also a way to put white pages between titlepage, abstract and index?
Thank you for your kind answers.

Welcome to TeX.SE. It would be helpful if you composed a fully compilable minimal working example (MWE) includingdocumentclassand the appropriate packages that sets up the problem. While solving problems can be fun, setting them up is not. Then, those trying to help can simply cut and paste your MWE and get started on solving the problem.

Never use a table or figure environment on a title page.

actually I copied it from a template taken from the Calcutta University

Start by deleting the "Table"-lines and also centering! What has changed If you compile again?
