Image Selection in Roxy File Manager Not working with CKEditor V4.11.1

I've installed Roxy FileMan with CKEditor v4.11.1 (Also tried it with V 4.10).

On my Windows 10 64 bit development laptop's WAMP stack it works flawlessly when I try to insert an image in my application when I use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

When I try to use it on my testing server and on the live server clicking on the Image button in CKEditor opens the Image Properties pop-up as expected, and clicking on the Browse Server button opens the Roxy File Manager pop-up screen and the image files in the images folder on the server are listed as expected.

However, when I click on the select button after I have chosen an image, nothing happens. This is the same in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. I have tried disabling all extensions in my browsers and switching off my bit defender anti-virus.

Why is this happening?
