Reactive code Flux.subscribe() API documentation

Some of the subscribe(...) methods in the reactive core Flux class take a Runnable as a complete consumer. Is it worth making it clear in the API that the Runnable is not being used to spawn a new Thread.
https://projectreactor.io/docs/core/release/api/reactor/core/publisher/Flux.html
I initially thought the Runnable was being used to spawn a new Thread, and it wasn't until I got to wondering why, and checked the underlying LambdaSubscriber that I realised run() was called directly.
It might save a newbie (like me) from a bit of head scratching.
