Hotjar issue with scrolling on mobile and safari

0

I have implemented the hotjar snippet to track visitors of my website, however I noticed that when I check the recordings, it does not show the visitors scrolling through the page only when they are on mobile or using Safari. Everything works very well when the user is using chrome on a desktop/laptop machine.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before? Thanks!
