Bountiful 2019 Questions
This is a TeX related question but first some background.
I love this forum for some of it quirkiness amongst its more serious intent of supporting and educating Tex users.
(There are those who help tirelessly and other philanthropists who shall appear nameless especially since they morph their identity :-)
So some of you may have noticed I'm disTeXic (I could not write my mothers tongue name in a line of code if I tried, even my handle should be CSO or something like that) However I seem to have benefited from some may say undeservedly generous Bounties.
So finally to my virtuous cycle Question
I would like to "pay-back" bounties to other fresh questions (must be asked 2019), but don't know their TeX Merits, so I am asking for nominations.
You can edit/add to your answers over time since I will spread the luv approx. once a week.
What question this year deserves an additional bounty ?
My Rules
Must be a question first asked this year (system dictates must be at least 2 days old.)
Must contain a pure anyTeX related query (not simply a how do I draw or show me how to)
Ideally have had low responses
Editors decision as to none of the above is final.
Without nominations so far the first allocated winner was https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/471560/170109
And the first award issued was to Circumscribe for effort even though the OP found their own solution.

P.S I do love graphics, thus so as not to exclude ducks and marmots I may randomly accept a pstricks or tikz question too (especially if unanswered).

Unless I'm mistaken, it's not the questions that deserve bounties, it's the answers.

@AndréC what you do is offer a bounty for a question you deem to have too little attention or wish had better answers. So a bounty is set for a question and can be paid out to one of the answers provided for the question.

@Skillmon: Actually, one of the reasons you can provide is "Reward existing answer — One or more of the answers is exemplary and worthy of an additional bounty." So I guess it can be both.
