Not able to open terminal or software updater after updating python version to 3.4 and setting it as default...

For one of my projects I updated my python version to 3.4 and set that as default, but after that I tried to open terminal and it didn't open. Also Software Updater and Software & Updates are not opening.
What can I do to get it working again?
