uninstalled app still showing in all apps

I installed Riseup VPN from software and it didn't work, after I uninstalled it the name for the app still shows but the icon is gone. I have tried tried autoremove and purge from terminal but it's still there. I followed the instructions from
"Icon does not disappear from "all applications" after uninstalling DeadBeef"
and the files don't show in /usr/share/applications or .local/share/applications. How can I get rid of this listing?

          Title Spacing in Bjornstrup Chapter, Removing Chapter Number From Contents

I think I'm fairly happy with the spacing around "A chapter", so I'd really like titles without descenders (e.g. "Contents") to have the same vertical spacing as "A chapter" below the title.
