Blank Webpage Shown in Web Browser [closed]

I have a problem. There is a problem when I'm browsing a website. I tired to run Synaptic Package Manager, and I installed some Webview, and none of them are not working. Please answer and fix this problem ASAP!

What browser do you face issues with? Chrome? Firefox? And what is "some Webview"? Isn't that something related to Android?
