What's a good computer setup (custom build) for Ubuntu 18.04 [closed]

With Black Friday and Cyber Monday around the corner I'm looking to stock up on some parts to eventually build my own Ubuntu desktop. Does anyone have a setup or advice on a setup they would recommend? I currently only have a Samsung 860 EVO ssd. I looked at other prebuilt Ubuntu systems (System 76 Thelios, and Dell XPS developer edition) so I have an idea of the cpu, ssd, and ram, but I don't know about other parts. I will be using this for deep learning and will likely get a nvidia gpu. The parts I'm a bit lost on for installing Ubuntu are the motherboard, tower (case), power supply, and network antenna and how they will all work with the ssd, ram and gpu. Any advice is much appreciated.
