It would greatly help if you could show us an example document (i.e. compilable code, an MWE tex.meta.stackexchange.com/q/228/35864) that shows what you have so far. That way it is easier for people to figure out what exactly you need help with.

It would greatly help if you could show us an example document (i.e. compilable code, an MWE tex.meta.stackexchange.com/q/228/35864) that shows what you have so far. That way it is easier for people to figure out what exactly you need help with.
