Reset Listoftheorems for each part
My personal style for taking notes is to make them in separate files, then combine them all into a book for the end of the semester, so that I can easily share my notes with my fiends that have multiple classes with me.
Since these are mathematical classes, I use the listoftheorems command from thmtools to list out the important bits at the beginning of each file. This works perfectly when compiling them separately, but when I combine them together, it grabs all of the definitions from each of the different parts. How can I fix this?
Main File
This is a MWE of my main file

Subfile MWE
Both of the subfiles shown, analysisIII.tex and astrophysics.tex are essentially like the following.
documentclass[../main.tex]{subfiles}
setlength{parindent}{0pt}
renewcommand{listtheoremname}{List of Theorems and Definitions}
begin{document}
listoftheorems[ignoreall,show={theorem,definition,lemma}]

This is a definition
end{definition}
begin{theorem}[Analysis Theorem]
This is a theorem
end{theorem}
end{document}
Current Output
Here is the output that I want at the beginning of each file, after being combined:
And I am instead getting:
table-of-contents thmtools
