I had two operation systems and I was using Windows 8.1 and I have deleted the hard disk partition that Ubuntu was installed, by mistake. Then I turned it off and after a while I turned it on again. Then it's showing the "error: unknown filesystem. Entering rescue mode... . Grub rescue> _" how can turn my Windows on now?

If the Windows 8.1 is the original OS take come with the PC it's in UEFI mode, meaning: Just open the UEFI settings, find the menu with the boot order and replace "ubuntu" with "windows boot manager". Other than that your question right now has nothing to do with Ubuntu, it's all about Windows.
