wrong dvi driver option hyperref
From a journal's website I downloaded the latex template. But the template is not running smoothly. First it had a problem of "picins.sty" not found. Some websites I checked where people have suggested that picins is the old package not used anymore. Anyway, I found it on ctan and pasted it in the template folder. The error was solved but later I had the following error,
! Package hyperref Error: Wrong DVI mode driver option `dvipdfm',
(hyperref) because pdfTeX or LuaTeX is running in PDF mode.
See the hyperref package documentation for explanation.
Type H <return> for immediate help.
...
l.4393 ProcessKeyvalOptions{Hyp}
I cant figure out how to solve it. I have attached the template as zip file, please note that inside the picins.sty is the file which I added manually, rest is from the journal's website. I contacted the journal regarding this issue but they have no idea about it. I also tried avoiding dvips as suggested in other thread, but it caused more errors. I would like to request for help. Thank you

Have you tried to comment that option, whereever it occurs?

Sounds as if you should use latex instead of pdflatex. (But I will not download a zip to check.)
