Why does ANTLR4 behave differently when recognizing tildes?

I'm using the Google OCR API to convert an image to text, once I have the text, the grammar processes that text.
My problem is that my lexer does not recognize the accents of the text that the Google API brings but if I copy and paste the text my lexer recognize it.
Running on Eclipse, my lexer does not recognize accents:

But if I copy the text and paste on Notepad, my lexer recognize the accents:

This is my lexer:

I'm thinking that when I copy and paste the text and run ANTLR4 from the console, I'm formatting the text, if this is the case, how can I recognize the accents that google brings?
