MAAS:The hardware test after commissioning fails, the type of power supply is not recognized, the machine...
I tried to add a physical node in MAAS (version 2.4.2) but the power state of the configured machine is not recognized and, after the commissioning phase, the hardware test with the smartctl-validate script fails. The type of power used for the physical node is IPMI with LAN 2.0, and the power boot type field is set to "Automatic". When finished, this error message is shown in the power configuration section:
"Connection timed out while performing power action.Check BMC configuration and connectivity and try again".
In addition, the physical machine, configured as a node in MAAS, does not boot via the LAN.
