Low wifi speed in Ubuntu 18.04

0

I am using Ubuntu 18.04 and my download speed is very low.
My download speed with download manager is about 600kb/s but in terminal my download speed is 20-30 kb/s at the best. I had 1 mb/s download speed with this wifi on Windows.

intel corporation wireless 3160 (rev 83) and my laptop is dell inspiron 5559

I didn't try wired connection and don't know if it's wifi problem or whole network.
