I am submitting a journal article based on an earlier conference paper, how can I mention the earlier version in the bottom of the first page similar to the picture below?

I tried titlenote, but the line it produces it shorter rather than across the whole page.

put on hold as unclear what you're asking by Troy, Kurt, Henri Menke, Stefan Pinnow, Romain Picot Dec 3 at 7:51

Please clarify your specific problem or add additional details to highlight exactly what you need. As it's currently written, it’s hard to tell exactly what you're asking. See the How to Ask page for help clarifying this question. If this question can be reworded to fit the rules in the help center, please edit the question.

  • Welcome to TeX.SX! Please help us help you and add a minimal working example (MWE) that illustrates your problem. Reproducing the problem and finding out what the issue is will be much easier when we see compilable code, starting with documentclass{...} and ending with end{document}.
