Airprint not working on IOS Devices

I am running Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS
I have a Canon Image Runner Advance C5035
I have setup CUPS and can print to the printer via:

  • Mac Mojave

  • Windows 10

  • Galaxy Note

I can't print via any iOS Device so far:

  • iPhone 8

  • iPhone 6

  • iPad

So I followed Linux magazine to the word

Now the interesting thing is that I can airprint from the Mac using the Airprint printer that magically appeared after following the magazine article
The Airprint Printer

I can't see any errors being reported in /var/log/cups so unsure if I am looking in the wrong files or not.

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks
