Why QR code scanner opens Download tab on chrome?

I am using Angular5 and when I am implementing Aadhar QR code scanning and retrieving data. When I scan it by Scanner, new Download tab is opening which I want to Prevent.

Maybe the MIME types is wrong and chrome interprets the current MIME type as file that must be downloaded. The response header would be helpfull.

Maybe the MIME types is wrong and chrome interprets the current MIME type as file that must be downloaded. The response header would be helpfull.
