Problem with BT logitech KB/Mouse comuter runs slow

-1

I have a problem with my ubuntu and the logitech wireless KB/Mouse

The problem is since ubuntu 14.04, then upgraded to 16.04 and now running on 18.04.

About 1hr since boot, the system runs very slow. In order to move the mouse cursor to target a window it takes about 30 secs to reach the terminal and reboot. Even in the terminal when I type, It types about a character ever 2-3 seconds.
Trying to Alt+Ctrl+F7 also takes a long time to get the login.

All this time having open the System Monitor the 4 CPU threads are about 4-10% and the free memory is 8G / 12G.

So what I did was tail -f my /var/log/syslog and waiting for the problem to occure again.

Here is what logs when the problem occurs :

I have a desktop computer and a laptop.
When using my logitech in the laptop there is no problem.
This happens only in my desktop computer.
Even if I take the hard drive from the laptop and boot it in the desktop the same problem occurs.
So ther must be some compatibility with ubuntu and my hardware ?

So I Installed a clean ubuntu 18.04 installation in the desktop in a ssd disk.

The specs of the desktop are :
CPU : Intel® Core™ i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz × 4
Memory : 12GB
Motherboard : Asus P8P67 EVO
Graphics : ASUS - Radeon HD 8830M

All this time having open the System Monitor the 4 CPU threads are about 4-10% and the free memory is 8G / 12G.

So what I did was tail -f my /var/log/syslog and waiting for the problem to occure again.

Here is what logs when the problem occurs :

      and the line :

      Dec 3 02:21:42 ecoubnt kernel: [ 3263.887369] logitech-hidpp-device 0003:046D:401B.0004: hidpp20_batterylevel_get_battery_capacity: received protocol error 0x09

      is repeated for ever.

      18.04 mouse performance logitech
