Android emulator is not running, showing black screen with a error

that is the error, I tried for hours and it been 2 days its not loading up, it was showing 'loading state' forever and didnt opened but once when closing it I opted for save the state for quickboot and now its showing blank screen. I'm not able to find avd manager too in the android studio.
