I'm new to Ubuntu . I want a 'refresh' option, like in Windows when you right click on desktop, because it doesn't get refreshed automaticaly. Can anyone help me to get that option in Ubuntu? How to add refresh option in Ubuntu 18?

Ubuntu doesn't need a refresh button. Is there a specific reason why you need that?

I would also suggest clarifying your release of Ubuntu. There have been two releases of Ubuntu in 2018, the April release (18.04 LTS) & October release (18.10) as there is Ubuntu 18. A lot of non-technical users drop the .04 off LTS releases, so Ubuntu 18 is inaccurately sometimes used to refer to 18.04 LTS but you've tagged Ubuntu 18.10 or the later October release.
