Overview over tex file in TexShop

I am quite new in LaTeX and even newer in TexShop.

At the moment I am asking myself if there is a special (over)view in TexShop where I can see -for example- all defined sections. When I click on them I would jump to the line in the tex-file where they are defined.

Do you know what I mean?

Thank you for your help!!

It seems that TexShop does not have this feature (see tex.stackexchange.com/questions/339/latex-editors-ides/…), you can consider TexStudio which is also available for Mac.
