Cannot connect to local network or internet on 18.04 Server (enp3s0 is False)
I've had this problem every time I reboot where I can't connect to anything. There was a solution that worked that I can't find anymore. It involved "-v -4 restart" or something like that. As soon as I entered to command, everything worked. Would be happy to share more info.

Hello and welcome to AskUbuntu! Can you share a bit more info on your setup? Please edit your question and add the output of some commands:ifconfig -a,ip address show,cat /etc/network/interfaces.
