Can not RDP into Ubuntu 18.04 with out 1st login and disconnect

0

Environment: Running Ubuntu 18.04 Desktop on a HP Pavilion.
Looking to: I want to RDP into the HP.

Steps taken: I have install xrdp onto HP. Ran the systmctl command.

Tested: If I log in to the HP, using my id and pwd, and then from the power
icon use the "disconnect" / "log off" option, which leaves the system
on, Then RDP works form both my 10zig thin client and a Windows RDP.
But, if I boot the system and "DON'T" log in and log off, and attempt to RDP
into the HP, it then fails.
If I remove the "loginkeys" option ( change to a blank password ) on bootup
I am automaticly login into Ubuntu, so I can't RDP in.

It seems the only way to RDP in is to 1st log onto the HP ( Ubuntu ) then do
a log out. Then RDP works.

But, I want to just turn the system on and connect to the HP ( Unbuntu ) system
from my network console ( on my thin client allowing me access to any of my
machines ).

Is there a work around, or a config. change that would fix this?
