18.04 on a yoga33011igm – sd-reader not working, touchpad working sometimes

fresh install, ubuntu 18.04 on a new yoga 33011igm. (i did not update the firmware when i still had windows on the machine, don't know if this would have made a difference)



the sd-reader doesn't work at all; the touchpad did work once for 30 min, and i couldn't recreate the circumstances.
