How to set Rsyslog specific IP based logs permission?

I have added the template dynamic file to create syslog based on client IP address in the following file
/etc/rsyslog.conf
$template DynaFile,"/var/log/%FROMHOST-IP%/%syslogfacility-text%.log"
*.* -?DynaFile
However, the permission set is - root, root.
How can I change the permission of this dynamically created file to root, adm?
The purpose is that any user can read this file without a need for sudo permission.
I am using Ubuntu 16.04.
16.04 rsyslog
