No space in device when download android studio components

I'm trying to download android studio components, but after 83% of downloading I always get an error of no more space in device. I have 850 Go of free space in home partition in where I have chosen to download these components

It may be saving the partially downloaded file to /tmp or elsewhere in your file-system that is not in your $HOME. Use another tool to download (that doesn't use temporary space) or work out where it's writing to & temporarily mount that where you do have the space to allow download,

It may be saving the partially downloaded file to /tmp or elsewhere in your file-system that is not in your $HOME. Use another tool to download (that doesn't use temporary space) or work out where it's writing to & temporarily mount that where you do have the space to allow download,
