I am currently using Ubuntu 16.04. Everything was working fine on Linux 4.4.0-32-generic. But after update to Linux 4.4.0-141-generic no sound bugs is coming.

Sometimes sound output (play sound through in sound setting) options are present but no sound is coming, other time it is showing dummy output. enter image description here

I have duel booted it with window 10. Sound is coming in Linux 4.4.0-32-generic. but not in any other version. i am using Lenovo Ideapad 310

Will upgrading to Ubuntu 18 solve this problem?

Also ubuntu in 32 generic version is freezing randomly and reset becomes the only option.
