Ubuntu 18.04 could not enter desktop after login

This question seems to be duplicated as many people were asked. I have tried almost all the possible solutions which were suggested to those questions, but no one was solved my problem.
I have installed three times, in every time I got the same error. I installed Ubuntu in my laptop alongside my Windows 10. Everything goes well installed successfully, but I press the restart button after installation, it not restarting, so I forcibly shut down the Computer, then when I turn on it again, then asking me for username and password, after when I enter the username and the password and press login, it stops in a purple screen and do nothing, I waited almost for one night, but without any things happen.
What can be this problem? Is there any way to solve?
My PC is Dell XPS i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD HD.
