how do i active namedwindow in c++ dll?

I created a C ++ dll for image processing using Opencv 3.4, it works with the C # GUI.



I am currently saving the file to see the image processing process working in the C ++ dll and check it one by one or take the image to c # using Mashal.



Can I use namedwindow in a C ++ dll?
