how to restore grub menu without boot-repair

i have ubuntu mate with kde plasma desktop
some times when i make it sleep and wakeup it freezes
so i power off the laptop using the poweroff button.



yesterday the same thing was happened with me so when i restart it
after pressing the poweroff button.
no grub menu
just black screen with :
grub >



so how to restore the grub without using grub-repair
because last time i used it , something wrong was happened
wifi connected but no internet access !!!
please any solution for this problem??
