I am using GMT Version 6.0.0_r20495 [64-bit] [8 cores] and have to run some external scripts on it.

I have set the $PATH variable from .bashrc file to the executable scripts. But when I am running the commands I am getting the following messages:

$ grdmap.sh
gmtset [COMPATIBILITY]: Parameter LABEL_FONT_SIZE is deprecated. Use
FONT_LABEL instead.
Please see http://gmt.soest.hawaii.edu/doc/6.0.0/GMT_Docs.html#new-
features-in-gmt-5 for more information.
gmtset [COMPATIBILITY]: Parameter HEADER_FONT_SIZE is deprecated. Use
FONT_TITLE instead.
Please see http://gmt.soest.hawaii.edu/doc/6.0.0/GMT_Docs.html#new-
features-in-gmt-5 for more information.
gmtset [ERROR]: Syntax error: Unrecognized keyword ANOT_FONT_SIZE.
gmtset [ERROR]: 1 GMT Defaults conversion errors from command options
grdmap.sh: Some errors occurred. Exiting.
