I was able to install Ubuntu on my computer host os using window 10, by booting into safe mode. Everything works in safe mode, but I want to use the VM in regular boot. It opens and stuff but after it boots, I get stuck in a blinking cursor black screen. Any help would be nice. Thank you.

The fact that it works while Windows is in safe mode makes me think this is a Windows problem, and you should ask those at Super User
