N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

  • Is there a reason you are not installing the version of wine included in the default repositories?

  • Add the repository like so: sudo apt-add-repository 'https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu' and if that doesn't work, try to get the download directly: dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/dists/bionic/main/binary-amd64
