Windows Subsystem Ubuntu Pip Install does not install
I am using Ubuntu from the app store on Windows 10 with Windows Subsystem,
I am trying to setup an Interactive textbook, Runestone, and I need to
pip install runestone
It does a whole lot of installs, and then afterwards I am supposed to be able to do
runestone init
to start a project, however I just get
runestone: command not found
