Bluetooth headset is not recognising my Ubuntu desktop

0

I am having Xiaomi bluetooth audio receiver, generally when I connect my headset to any of the bluetooth device, an audio signal is gone saying "connected", says "disconnected" while it gets disconnected. But when I connect it with my Ubuntu 18.10 installed on my Dell Inspiron 15 3542, the bluetooth headset not shows connected whereas Ubuntu shows it connected, and also plays the audio through the headset. But when I disconnect the headset, both (headset and ubuntu) show disconnected. So what's the matter going with my ubuntu I am not able to understand. And the bluetooth works perfectly with my mobile phone and with another laptop installed with Windows OS.
