Forced restart of hard disk every time

0

I mounted a ssd on my laptop asus to give it new life and I moved the hdd instead of the DVD player, which is now obsolete, so as to keep it as data storage. I noticed that from lubuntu 16.04 if I try to restart the pc the disk emits the classic noise of forced shutdown while from windows 10 doesn't happen. What can I do? Currently there is no filesystem on the HDD as I have just deleted everything.
