PDF Reader for Studying

0

I there a PDF Reader on Ubuntu capable of syncing the bookmarks and annotations?

Okular is good for annotations, but it is very slow and can't sync.

Qpdfview is very fast, but is bad for annotations (can't select text, just a rectangular area).

I would like one capable of doing per text annotation and capable of syncing, because my college books are stored on Megasync, so editing the pdf itself would make necessary uploading the whole file.
