FingerPrint Gui 1.09 not detecting fingerprint device - showing an error 'No Device Found!'

I bought a dell vostro laptop which has fingerprint scanner option and In my laptop have ubuntu 16.04 LTS version, I have installed FingerPrint GUI 1.09 but when I open my FingerPrint GUI Application, It showing me an error 'No Device Found!'. I really dont know how to get it done.
Please help me out with this.

    In a terminal window, sudo lshw will list your hardware. Is the Fingerprint scanner listed? Are you in the same group as the scanner?
