Connect PowerBI to Excel Files from SharePoint location

This question may be asked many times but my business use case bit different.

I have sharepoint folders like this.

Nov 2018 Data Files

http://sharepointaddress/site/UT6878/2018/Nov/SUCFAC/COMP2

Oct 2018 Data Files

http://sharepointaddress/site/UT6878/2018/Oct/SUCFAC/COMP3
http://sharepointaddress/site/UT6878/2018/Oct/SUCFAC/COMP4

I want to combine files per company from each month folder and merge them.

Once all data will be merged then I need to do create dashboard.

Dashboard creation is fine which I can do after data preparation. Here are the challenges which I am facing.

  1. Need to do auto refresh the file

  2. Each month passing data merge & refresh should happen automatically

  3. There are multiple files for each company in each month which make appropriate data-set for analysis.

Any approach or implementation done in past based on scansion will be highly appreciated.
