Internet failure after 5 to 200 minutes of heavy download/upload

Ubuntu 16.04 on MSI z370 SLI PLUS and I3 8350K. 16.04 not fully support this hardware so maybe that is a problem. I have ethernet cable (internet connection) plugged into motherboard and also I have 2 TP-Link Gigabit adapters plugged in PCI-Ex slots - this way I share internet connection with my other 2 computers. When I donwload something with torrent or upload large file on my Google Drive on my PC with Win 10 - internet suddenly dissapears at all (on PC with Ubuntu and other PCs) and not appears untill I restart PC with Ubuntu. On Windows connection reanables automatically if you disconnect and reconnect LAN cable, but in Ubuntu in won't appear until system restart. sudo service network-manager restart don't help, maybe because "main" adapter is unmanaged. Also I talked with my IPS consultants and they assure me that they are not limiting or blocking "heavy" usage of my connection (I used internet from same IPS for several years on 16.04 and never had such problems until I changed hardware). Also I tried to install 18.04 but I can't set up internet sharing, because some config files are emplty and when I plug my win10 PC to Ubuntu PC - no new connection appears.

  1. What is causing internet connection failure on 16.04 PC.

  2. How to make 16.04 automatically reenable connection if LAN cable was unplugged and plugged back
