PySide: QtGui.QFileDialog - UNC Path issue

0

Is there any way to select an UNC path (something) via the QFileDialog? getExistingDirectoy() wont work for me (Windows7). Or is there some kind of workaround?

  • unfortunately Qt does not support UNC :(

  • yea i figured ;) the funny thing is it doesnt seem to have a problem with a subfolder of an UNC root folder. For Example selecting \root wont work but selecting \rootsubfolder works just fine

I don't know if it is helpful or not.

Please look at here 解決qt

1.As you said, getExistingDirectoy()
2.QUrl(the value)

To use QUrl() instead of QUrl.fromLocalFile()

In more detail,you can see the solution of the link.
